What kind of shirts do you guys use?

Our shirts are all cut, sewn, and printed especially for us in San Francisco, CA. They are super soft and you're going to love putting them on.

How do your shirts fit?

The mens shirts are standard slim fit, comparable to American Apparel if you're familiar. Mens S is 17" armpit to armpit and 28" top back collar to hem. M is 19" x 29", L is 21" x 30", XL is 23" x 31".

The oversized womens scoop fits nice and loose. Womens S is 19 inches pit to pit and 24 inches from top back collar to hem. Womens M is 20" x 25", Womens L is 21" x 26".

The womens racer back tank top is perfect! Slight flare towards the hips for a little added looseness. Plenty of room in the chest, so cute. Here are the exact measurements - first number is armpit to armpit across the front, second number is top of shoulder to bottom of hem. Size S - 15.5"x23", Size M - 16.5"x24", Size L - 17.5"x25".

What happens if I order something out of stock?

This shouldn't ever happen, but occasionally an order containing an out-of-stock item will slip through the cracks. If this happens to you, we'll remove the item from your order and refund your credit card for the items that we can't ship. We'll also send you an email letting you know.

When will my order ship out?

Most orders ship out the next business day. To check on your order, please use the order status tool. We do not ship on weekends or on these US holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Orders shipped via USPS will not ship on holidays observed by the US Postal Service, such as President's Day, Martin Luther King Day, etc.

How quickly are orders delivered after shipment?

Once your order ships, the shipping method you select determines how quickly the order will arrive at your doorstep.

DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING METHODS:

Standard Domestic - After processing, 5-10 business days for delivery.
UPS Ground - After processing, 5-7 business days for delivery. No P.O. Box deliveries.
UPS 2nd Day Air - After processing, 2 business days after shipment. No P.O. Box deliveries.
UPS Next Day Air - After processing, 1 business day after shipment. No P.O. Box deliveries.

If your shipping address is a PO Box or an APO/FPO address, your order will be shipped via the US Postal Service.

Remember that our warehouse requires one business day for order processing and UPS doesn't count the day it receives shipping information as a "business day". So please expect a UPS Next Day shipment to arrive 3 business days after the order was placed. For 2-Day, look for the package after 4 business days. Orders shipped via UPS will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays.

Note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS:

International Standard - usually delivers within 2-4 weeks, although sometimes it can take longer due to delays in customs. No tracking information is available for orders shipped outside the US. Having trouble with your credit card or payment info?

Your card might be declined for various reasons. Please check to make sure that the name and address entered in the "Billing Information" field are entered exactly as this information appears on the statements you receive from the issuing bank or financial institution. Also, confirm that the credit card number, expiration date and card verification number are correct. If this doesn't work, please contact your issuing bank or financial institution to verify your information, and make sure there are no holds placed on your account.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

An item I just bought is now on sale. Can I get a refund?

If your order was placed within 7 days of the item going on sale, we would be happy to offer you a credit for the price difference. The credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note: Items must be purchased at the original retail price. We cannot offer refunds on already marked-down items. Orders placed outside the 7-day period are exempt from this policy, no exceptions.

Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased?

Absolutely. Any item can be returned within 45 days of purchase for a full refund of the item, or an exchange. Note that the shipping fee is not refundable. To process a return or exchange just drop a line to our awesome Customer Service team via the Contact Us form, and they will respond with instructions. Please keep in mind that you must be able to provide us with a tracking number as proof of your return shipment. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.

When will my order ship out?

When can I expect to get my shirts?

We ship via DHL Global Mail/USPS. Once you receive notification that your order has shipped you should have your package within a 7-10 business days. International shipments can take a couple weeks.

How much do the different shipping methods cost?

These vary based on the weight of the items in your order. Rates are calculated before checkout is complete, so feel free to try multiple methods for the best fit.

Can I get my package delivered on the weekend?

No, we do not offer weekend delivery. However, the US Postal Service does deliver some items on Saturdays, so if you choose Standard Shipping, your order might arrive on a Saturday with your regular mail delivery.

Where is my order shipping from?

While a handful of us get to enjoy the scenic views of San Francisco, our wonderful fulfillment team is located in Austin (deep in the heart of Texas), where your order will originate from!

Where is my order?

Tracking information is available through our order status tool. Please note that some Standard Shipping orders, and all International Shipping orders, do not have tracking numbers assigned to them. Your order should arrive according to the shipping timelines above.

Can I place an order and pick it up at your warehouse?

Sorry, no. All orders must be shipped.

Can you tell UPS to leave my order on my porch if I'm not home to receive it?

The decision on whether to leave a package outside your home belongs to the UPS driver. Most likely, if you're not home, the driver will leave the package in a safe location, if one is available. We don't have any way of instructing the UPS driver to leave your package by your house if you're not in, however; the decision is theirs.

Does UPS expedited shipping come with a guarantee?

If your order arrives later than it should have, please contact us via the customer service web form. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by inclement weather. Please keep in mind that UPS expedited shipping refers to the time in shipping, and not the total time it will take to receive your order. All orders require a processing period of 1 business day (3-4 business days for orders with print-on-demand items) – so if you place a Next Day Air order for an in-stock item on Friday, it will probably ship out on the following Monday and arrive on Tuesday.

Why did I get charged fees by the carrier to release my shipment?

Unfortunately, the fees you are being charged upon delivery of your orders are customs practices dictated and determined by your country's customs office. The additional fees are import taxes assessed by your government. These fees can include national sales and local taxes, and in some instances customs fees, will often be charged in addition to the tariff. Buy Me Brunch has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be at checkout.

Sometimes the carrier collects the customs fees or tariffs on your customs office's behalf. Rest assured, the collected fees are related to customs clearance, and are separate from the base shipping charge collected at checkout, which is what we must charge for all orders we send out.

We agree: it's frustrating to receive such fees without being warned. Since fees are unpredictable, you may have better success opting for the International Standard (Non-trackable) method, which is handed off to your national postal carrier for final delivery once it clears customs. In some cases this may minimize the duties and taxes collected, but as this is determined by the customs office on a case-by-case basis, we cannot guarantee this will prevent collection of customs duties and taxes.

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, we usually cannot change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please use the contact form to let us know ASAP.

My order has already shipped. Can I have the delivery address changed?

We cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already gone out, and the US Postal Service is not able to change delivery addresses once an order has been shipped. UPS can occasionally change the shipping address, but not very often. You can contact them at 1-800-PICK-UPS, with your tracking number, to see if your address can be changed, but the chances they'll be able to do it are low, and changing the address will almost always delay the delivery for a few days.
International (Non-US) Orders

Will I be charged a customs fee for my order?

All orders shipped outside the United States may be assessed customs fees by the government of the destination country. The shipping fees we charge for your order do not include custom fees. If you're unsure of your country's laws and policies regarding customs fees, please contact your local customs office. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with the customs charges in your country before you place an order. We are prohibited by law from declaring ordered merchandise as "Gift" on customs forms.
